GIRLS ONLY – FUNDAMENTAL SUMMER SKATING & SKILL CAMP

August 4–7

Daily: 9 AM – 11:00 AM
Ages 10-12
Level: A–AA (Competitive)

This four-day girls-only camp is designed for athletes looking to refine their skating mechanics and improve their ability to execute skills at game speed.

Players will focus on edge control, acceleration, transitions, posture, and skating efficiency while developing puck control and decision-making in competitive, game-like environments. Sessions are high-tempo and designed to challenge athletes to apply technical skills under pressure, with an emphasis on puck possession, movement patterns, and effective play execution.

Small group instruction allows for a high volume of quality repetitions, individualized feedback, and consistent coaching throughout each session.

• Skating efficiency, acceleration, and transition mechanics
• Advanced edge control, balance, and body positioning
• Puck control and skill execution at speed
• Multi-directional movement and agility under pressure
• Decision-making and puck management in game situations
• Applying skating and puck skills in competitive, game-like environments

Small group instruction allows for high puck-touch reps and consistent coaching feedback throughout each session.
