Our March Break Hockey Camp returns this year with the same high intensity, individual feedback, and attention to detail on the ice — plus an upgraded off-ice training component.
The camp runs Monday to Friday between 8:00am–12:00pm, with athletes registering for a 2-hour on-ice training block each day.
Athletes will choose one of the following daily on-ice time slots:
On-ice sessions focus on skating, skill development, and game-relevant reps, with small groups to ensure high tempo and consistent feedback from coaches.
We’ve partnered with Capital Strength an off-ice training specialist with a dedicated hockey program that has helped hundreds of athletes take their game to the next level.
Off-ice training includes expert coaching, science-based programming, and recovery-focused methods designed to help athletes move better, perform better, and stay healthy.
Off-ice sessions are held before on-ice training on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday:
