Boys & Girls Hockey Camp
Alex Gudbranson joins the camp as a Lead Instructor, elevating the standard and detail of every session.
A former Major Junior and pro defensemen (OHL, AHL, ECHL), Alex won a Calder Cup with the Toronto Marlies and a Kelly Cup with the Newfoundland Growlers. His championship experience and pro-level habits will directly impact the pace, structure, and accountability of this camp — giving athletes a true next-level development environment.
This four-day camp is designed for athletes looking to sharpen their skating and skill in a high-tempo, detail-driven environment while also being introduced to high-level off-ice preparation.

On-ice sessions focus on skating mechanics, skill development, and game-relevant reps with an emphasis on pace, precision, and feedback. Small groups ensure athletes get maximum touches and individualized coaching.
We’ve partnered with Capital Strength an off-ice training specialist with a proven hockey development program.
The Tuesday off-ice session will be held at Capital Strength’s top end facility (2190 Thurston Drive) from 10-11am. The session will focus on movement quality, performance preparation, and injury prevention helping athletes understand how to better prepare their bodies to perform and recover.
Capital Strength Coaching Team:
*This is the same team I personally worked with while returning from a broken leg and continue to trust to keep me feeling strong and fresh on the ice.
