Boys & Girls Hockey Camp
Alex Gudbranson joins the camp as Lead Instructor, bringing professional experience and elite-level teaching to every session.A former Major Junior and professional defenseman (OHL, AHL, ECHL), Alex won a Calder Cup with the Toronto Marlies and a Kelly Cup with the Newfoundland Growlers. His championship pedigree, attention to detail, and ability to teach game-relevant habits make him a valuable part of this camp experience. Athletes will benefit from direct instruction, high-quality feedback, and proven development methods used at the highest levels of the game.
This five-day pre-season camp is designed to help players of all ages and skill levels get back into hockey shape before the season begins. Whether you’re preparing for tryouts, gearing up for your upcoming season, or simply looking to regain confidence with the puck, this camp provides quality touches, skill repetitions, and game-ready habits to ensure athletes start the season on the right foot.
Each drill and repetition is tailored to the individual, with coaches adjusting the pace, pressure, and complexity based on the athlete’s age and ability. Whether building fundamentals or refining advanced skills, every player will be challenged appropriately to ensure they learn, improve, and get the most out of every rep.
